3 because they are a little messy. And this is a food place and it's important to me. If you can't pass a little Christina inspection how are you gonna pass a health inspection?? And it was 5 stars until me got in the car to go home. Here's what happened. I was next door replacing a fish and was so freaking excited to have cold stone. I haven't had it in years and the lil parking lot they have is clutch. Anyway it's very busy suddenly when we walk in and they were like 3 of 4 employees working hard. One takes my order I was recording it having fun. I got a classic peanut butter something. And my son gets plain with only marshmallows. Again thrilled got extra whip whatever. When we get in the car my son says they don't know how to make plain. I was surprised to see that they spoon or the table they used to mix with was still covered in the icecream from last orders mixed into his vanilla. Had he had a peanut allergy we would have been finished. I am a food allergy sufferer and I was like what? They can't be making mistakes like that. And to top it off I think it happened bc they were very messy in the back. I can't eat here again for fear that I will get a food allergy. Crazy.

I grew up going to this cold stone and have always loved it. I went recently and the whole place looked bad. The freezers where they keep the ice cream were misplaced and the ice cream was melting in the freezers. The store itself was hot, customers were keeping the door open and no one was telling them to keep it closed. The counter behind the workers was disgusting there were ingredients everywhere, burned waffle cones. I ordered the Nintendo ice creams they didn't have the ingredients for them and they didn't put them in the promo cup. They had no strawberry, French vanilla ice cream or whipped cream. The guy making my ice cream took the wrong ice cream for one of my orders I had to correct him. And one of my ice creams called for icing he practically out half icing half ice cream so my ice cream came out blue. Also noticed that some employees would wipe the metal spoons on their clothes after taking them out of the dirty rinsing water to scoop the ice cream. Overall just very disappointing.

the staff is very nice, but it is not a coincidence that my last two visits, which were 6 months away from each other, they offered me to sell molten ice, after which workers even the toppings were melted today. it is very hot in there, no condition that their employees work, and the least of their problems there is not a table or chair to enjoy their ice. I will not visit this place again, and I suggest that they go elsewhere. they will be disappointed.

We ordered 2 Sweet Cream..they clearly can’t read bc we got STRAWBERRY..at first it seemed they at least got the toppings correct, but ohhh no..they were supposed to have yellow cake in both, with Carmel..one had yellow Oreos and the other had some type of what tasted like chocolate chip cookies..$29 SAVE YOUR MONEY..eat Ben Jerry’s at least you get what you want for half the price..$29 for melted nasty gazpacho..that’s what it was, cold nasty soup

Great ice cream. Busy location. No seating available. Parking can be difficult at times.
