Cinépolis Luxury Cinemas

My first visit to a Cinepolis, and the seating chart was different from the real floor plans. The guest service were accommodating and resolved the issue professionally, efficiently, and kind. I had the meat lover pizza and Chocolate espresso martini, and my partner had the chicken strips and the Sparkling Strawberry 75. Everything was delicious. Never going back to a regular/basic movie theater again, Cinepolis is my new place to go enjoy movies.

I have never been to a luxury cinema before. I must say it was a really good experience. It's like being at home with all your home comforts and also like going to a restaurant combined with a movie theater. It's a unique experience and if you ever get the chance I would recommend you go and try it for yourself.

Service was good, bathrooms are clean,recliner chairs are working. But chairs needs a good cleaning or remodeling. I've been to Guadalajara VIP Cinepolis, and others Cinepolis. I expected a little more for my money. Overall it was a good experience

Besides being absurdly expensive this is probably one of my favorite theaters. The food is honestly shockingly well made and a great quality and the portions are nothing to sneeze at either.

After being pampered with the full bar and table service, I never want to see a movie anywhere else.
