Chuiringuito El Espigon

The restaurant's idea is simple fresh fish served simply grilled with bread and a plate of tomatoes. The fish is king here, a choice of perhaps 20 different fish. Beautiful setting n the beach of Garrucha. The most expensive item on the menu, except for Garrucha prawns, was the tuna steak at €22 but the portion was so huge that my friend and I shared it. Best get there early, gets very busy. Only open in the summer. like a lot of chiringuitos

Nice place, good service, very limited menu, fish as a starter and a main course, only one dressing/sauce, just tomatoes as a vegetable, as dessert prepackaged icecream out of the freezer. That is all right but prices are comparable to Boracay, the restaurant next door and Boracay has more style and more choice. So, the fish at El Espigon was very good but we prefer Boracay.

Food -4 Service -1 Really rude arogant waiter. When you are paying 170euro for 3 person lunch you expect a little bit different behaviour. Also if the ocupancy is that high they should hire more staff if they are not doing their job properly. Forgeting what they been asked, not serving plates when the food is served and i could continue even more

Dont ask for the shrimps....VERY EXPENSIVE....and not worth at all. The rest of the menu, good quality for a reasonable price although its a bit expensive. Good service and nice staff. I would repeat!

The restaurant is little and not that beautiful but the food is excellent. But the service wasn’t friendly
