Chops City Grill Naples, Fl

Six of us dined last night at Chops 5th Ave. Our reservation was at 7:45 and we were seated promply. Our waitress -Amber- was NOT friendly or very helpful. She removed utensils before we were finished and we had to remind her about the ceasar salad we ordered. My salmon and my friends blackened grouper were mediocre at best. The 3 people that ordered the steaks were pleased but the onion rings were cold!We were celebrating our anniversaries together and the overall experience could have been a lot better. I wish that I had requested another server.Amber seemed to be bored and disinterested in helping us!We always enjoy Pazzo's and I have had wonderful experiences at Chops also but last evening was a dissapointment.

This has been one of our favorite 'special occasion ' places for years. The food is excellent, and they make the best cocktails. If you are craving a steak, this is the place to eat! Awesome seafood, and tons of imagination in the menus and presentations. Everyone we have brought here has loved it.

We live near by, but would travel much further for this quality of dining. Even their happy hours are excellent!
