Chop Shop Casual Urban Eatery

We visited this restaurant for the first time on Sunday for lunch and it was fantastic. The menu had comfort food, but clearly elevated ingredients that made it so much tastier than standard fare. I ordered the chicken pastrami sandwich and my husband got the crispy chicken. For sides you have several options including salad, fries, or chips we both opted for Parmesan fries. The portions were huge and the food was delicious. They do have vegetarian/vegan options and a kids menu as well. We would definitely recommend this for anyone.

Great spot for good food, awesome patio, and cool menu options. The crispy chicken polenta is fantastic and my usual go to. Today I ordered the grilled chicken pesto sandwich with fries. I really liked it, the hoagie style roll with the pesto chicken is a perfect combination. The chop salad is also a great option. We got the Brussels sprouts appetizer to share and we loved it- very crispy which I like. The soda fountain has craft sodas that are pretty decent. Definitely worth stopping in to eat or order as take out.

I love the one on Colfax! Go there all the time. Tried the vegetarian special (beet ravioli)-heavenly. Keep it on the menu! Only suggestion- bigger portion size. My friend and I both got it and needed something more. The awesome staff brought us free chips afterwards. Service is great. PS- I miss the original salmon on fried rice dish.

Found this on Colfax- was totally blown away! I had the short ribs and banana creme brûlée, my wife had salmon. Everything was soooo goood!!! Probably the best meal I have had for awhile. Cool vibe and friendly staff- something I would (and did go out of my way for. (Oh, and we liked our lunch so much, we ordered dinner to go...

Best Damn veggie burger in all of Denver. Seriously, I am a veggie burger connoisseur, and this is THE one! I think about it daily. I wish there were more veg options on the menu in addition to the current offerings, but everything I've tried has been top notch.
