Chiringuito Tibu-ron

I was honestly there an hour ago. I'm a resident in Castelldefels and I go to meet a friend of mine at the beach, he makes sure to tell the waiter I will be taking his place since he had to go. The waiter tells me to wait a moment to come back with the menu. 20 minutes later I find myself still waiting for the menu, so I decide to go and order from the bar what I want to eat and drink. The same waiter gives me a menu and I stand there for 5 minutes waiting for someone to take my order. The waiter tells me to go back to the beach and that he will attend me. I go back and wait for another 20 minutes. Frustrated, I took my things and decided to go somewhere else, then the waiter on my way out tells me he was too busy at the bar. This is poor service. 45 minutes waisted because someone was too busy at the bar.

We made a reservation while on the beach as this place is packed during lunch. I was aiming for the paella which I stated when I booked a table. Unfortunately once we sat down and ordered the waiter told me it was too late for paella. We ordered tapas instead. Nothing special and pricey for the amount. Ice-cream cones are around 3 euro, Popsicles 2. Next time bringing sandwiches. The guy that is in charge of the sunbeds is super friendly though.

We spent more than two hours on our first visit. The food is just delicious and after a pitcher of sangria we fancied some other spirits and the bar was very well equipped. Very attentive service too, and very reasonable price. Definetly will be back!

Living in Barcelona, we are going very often to Castelldefels. Definitely the best Chiringuito with music from time to time, good food considering it is a Chiringuito (which usually do not have high quality kitchens)

This beach bar does the most amazing food. The staff are constantly on the go also they have sun beds on the beach which cost 6 euros per day it’s extra for an umberella and the bar does a waiter service
