I love Chipotle, who doesn't? This location is inconsistent with servings and I say that because I always get the same thing. I have ordered more than 5 times here before reviewing this location. There has only been one time where the food I ordered was equally portioned (Shown in picture). It is always busy and I don't have time to wait in line so I always order online. They are usually pretty good about having your order on time but there was once where my order was 30 minutes past the order time. There were multiple people waiting as well and not sure what happened that night. When I received my takeout order on this particular night after waiting so long, it looked like the food was mixed up and the container was falling apart because they didn't squeeze out the broth from the barbacoa. Giving it 4 stars only because I love Chipotle.
another unsatisfied customer. had a mobile order filled incorrectly and there was no correction. it was like they told me too bad. if they make a mistake in preparing a meal, customer service 101 says to correct it. it wasn't even 25% exactly. wrong tear, wrong meat, wrong topping. there was no mistake. two trips (original pickup and what I suspected to be the corrected eating) and not a meal for me.
I've been coming here for a year since I came out. 3 members of my family were sick by the chicken burrito. I wasn't sick because I got the bark in my burrito. someone is dirty to work there or eating is bad. Forbearance! manager in the service please excuse them not only to fix the cause and I am sure to come back if I have no choice.
