As someone who just moved to the area and typically eats Chipotle once a week, I cannot express how disappointed I am that this is the Chipotle that I'm near. The first time I went in during lunch mid week and there was one person working the line, one cashier, and like 3 4 people doing who knows what in back. After about 20 minutes waiting for the 3 people ahead of me to be helped, I could tell it was this guy's first day as he said he didn't know how to roll a burrito and had to ask for help do they do training?. The cashier seemed exceptionally annoyed to have to do so. The inside was a mess, nothing was stocked, and in general it couldn't have been worse (I felt bad for the 20+ people now in line). The next time I ordered online and my burrito was half the normal size. I asked if this was to be expected (it was rhetorical, I know how big it should be) and the lady said it depends what you order, with an extreme amount of attitude. I then asked to have it remade and she turned to the cashier, whom I'm assuming was the manager, and also with extreme attitude said you get what you get. I decided it wasn't worth the hassle to continue the conversation and left. Chipotle corporate needs to fire all the managers and send the remaining staff through basic training, as they clearly need it. If you're a customer, I suggest one of the other restaurants nearby.

Absolutely Horrifying. 27 minutes on line with two single orders in front of us. Near empty food offerings but the zero pulse server decided in his own words this should be enough for you to my daughter as he had to drain off the grease to try and find enough meat for her bowl. My order was dried out stringy carnitas with about a teaspoon of black beans, and our third meal was straight up chicken, about a tablespoon full missing most of the other toppings we asked for in the bowl. A bag of chips that were more like cardboard with about ten chips total in the bag and a side of guacamole that was literally just smashed avocado with zero seasonings. Here 's the best or worst and actually illegal part of this terrible dining experience, they will not give you change if you pay with cash. Jennifer claimed they don 't have or give change with cash they just round up. I don 't care if it 's a penny or ninety nine cents, you have zero legal alienable rights to steal people 's money. Don 't bother complaining to corporate as yes they admit it 's illegal but they can 't do and won 't do anything about it. They will send you free coupons for food it you 'd like to go back for another horrible food experience. Corporate can 't be blamed on this one, they are a franchise so I would say avoid this location at all costs (pun intended)

I placed a mobile order back in May and got to the restaurant when it said it would be ready. They had a full line, only two people working, and no one manning the mobile orders. PLUS the one worker was yelling at a customer because they were just trying to eat in the dining area before it closed at 9 (when it wasn't 9 pm yet). I had no problem coming here before until this time. When my food finally was made, I brought it home only to find out one of the burrito bowls didn't even have meat in it. I am extremely displeased with how this Chipotle was running that day I went in. I hope it was a fluke but by the looks of other reviews it just looks like poor management. Chipotle, you're better than that.

We ordered two salad bowls. Many of the selection toppings were empty with no refills available. The guy was giving me very small scoops of what was available and I had to ask for more (like he was rationing the food). They had no chips. When we got home and started to eat, the chicken was so salty, we couldn’t eat the food and had to throw it out. We tried calling to alert the restaurant, but there was no way to reach the staff. When trying to let Chipotle know via customer service, they only had a chat bot. VERY POOR ALL THE WAY AROUND.
