Went in to grab some food because we didn?t feel like making dinner. I was this close from going off on the entire store. Everybody. The only reason I didn?t was because my wife and son were with me. We walk in and the entire store (all kids of course) are huddled together on their phones. Nobody greets us. Took literally 2 minutes for someone to say something. They whispered amongst themselves like who?s gonna serve them. Looking at us like deer in headlights. Finally someone comes. I ask for a salad bowl. There?s no lettuce for the salad. No grilled onions and peppers. The grill was absolutely disgusting which is probably why my steak tasted burnt. The boy who was on the grill station had his hands in his pants. The trash bins were full. Trash outside the eating area on the floor. It?s clear they don?t care about life. Will never spend another dime in this place. The manager was in the back rough housing with the other employees. They clearly don?t respect him and he?s probably so insecure he just wants them to like him. I?ve legit never seen anything like this. We didn?t order my wife?s food, we went down the road to Moe?s. Completely different experience. Same demographic of young kids, we were greeted, place was clean. They were out of chicken but the young kid apologized and said it will take a couple of minutes and that it?s really good. Amazing what solid leadership does. I pay way too high of taxes for that chipotle bs. If the owner cares at all about his business he?ll/she?ll get in there and regulate and teach these kids professionalism pride hire a new manager, that guy is just not it. COVID lockdowns has really done a number on this country. Nobody cares anymore. Ppl act like they do us all a favor by working, unfortunately it?s rare to find a retail store like Moe?s this chipotle is more common. I will not spend my money at any business like this. Businesses either get better or go out of business if the community boycotts until they get their s together. I?ll try again next quarter, if i walk in and it feels anything like it did last night imma just walk right back out. Actually, no I?m not coming back, I?ll drive to the one in Media before i come back here. This needs to close down become a chick-fil-A. Dollar votes are more powerful than election votes. Y?all lucky this is Havertown the ppl are educated nice too busy for the bs. If this was philly it would get ugly. I?m done.
