Chipotle Mexican Grill

My fiancé and I have been to this Chipotle several times hoping for better results, but they never really surpass the trip before. Almost every time we have gone, they have either been out of food (even things they’re advertising for you to try), the line has been closed and you must order online only, the food is very minimal even when asking for extra, and the sides that you pay for are barely filled. We love Chipotle, but this one is a little disappointing.

Didn't have some items and food bar was disgusting Looked like it hadn't been cleaned since opening. Asked for extra cheese and guy making my food said that is extra. I told him I wanted extra and intend on paying for extra. Just kept right on making my bowl .Place is unclean ,bad attitudes and needs to be turned into health department and management if they care . Used to be so good

I love Chipotle. One of my favorite places in Lynchburg to Dine. Great fresh ingredients. The staff is always friendly and friendly. Always ready to answer questions without hesitation. I usually order a child's meal bc its very filling, and you get a tiny bag of chips with children portions. Great food. I'm back.

I love chipotle….saddens me to rate this location….First time at this location. Not greeted entering or exiting. 5-7 steak piece’s gritty fatty, ordered queso but no queso and black spots on leafs. Had the craving…so disappointed. My regular location is danville va and thankful for this!
