Horrible service no management. ordered online (not a large order and at least 50 people came on the line before they took care of us. 8 people waited for their online order and more than half remained to avoid their food. Ordered our food at 8:30, waited more than an hour and they told us they ran out of ingredients for our order. The workers behind the counter (hamed to call them? Workers? has not taken into account our complaints. When they asked for a refund, they told us that we contacted the management in which the app did not work so that we never received the refund. The order was more than $50 and they outweighed us for our money because they did not receive our order, nor a refund. One of the workers even said that online orders should be received first, but we were not even treated with our order. 0 of 5 stars. I don't recommend this place at all.
Should?ve read the reviews, I ordered online to make it easy. Just go and pick it up, I got there and they just ignored me for a while, then some one else showed up to pick up they?re food and they gave it to them straight away. I was just standing there like did that just happened. Thank god some random women showed up from the back of the kitchen and asked me what I was waiting for. I mean I don?t like shout and call out that I?m picking up my order, always thought that was rude but you have to do that here. Also the other reviews are right, not as much food as you want.
This is the worse place. They're always out of something. Today on August 21 at 5:25 the grill was broken and there was no chicken. There were 2 male employees and a female manager with a good laughing conversation on the back through the grill simply standing do nothing. During 4 employees of Cinderellas, weep and clean. Once I told the manager that you're all having fun doing nothing. She rolled her eyes, then they all went on their backs, then she came out again and began to guide people around what already worked and she did nothing.
I've been here a few times and go less and less because the service is full of pity. I am in the restaurant, but if you order online you will receive preferential treatment. 10 people in the line and wait over 20 minutes to come to the counter and I still order?t. Serious people to be, Fast Food!
