Before I blow the poles of the connoisseur into the air with the recommendations of the Söldner Schina Restaurang, it goes first to the legendary Nanking (South capital in the southwestern neighboring city of Brühl. There, of course, the non-ferior Shui Zhu Yu is tested in water-cooked fish. It is a classic from the refined Sichuan cuisine available in various variants. A soup lover of bean paste, green onions, lots of garlic, Sichuan pepper and on request of the two advanced users also a lot of peperoni, fresh and dried. In addition, lemongrass, ginger, Shitake mushrooms, cucumber, soy sauce and/or china cabbage as well as short boiled and friendly bone-free sea bass. Result: a dream! At the same time, the Chinese journey brings memories and goes far beyond the exacerbated uniqueness that is often presented to the Chinese. The sharpness is appropriate, but could have been even more intense for us. The court looked more dangerous than it was. The lonely Shui Zhu Yu is not available on the varied menu of the house, but is prepared (finally long noses with an idea on a special request). However, the map contains many meat, fish, noodle and rice dishes, for example the Sichuan beef (three paprika were worth a try. Or the chicken. The emperor's multifaceted menu for 2 people is charged with 48 euros, similar to the Beijing duck, which is to be ordered on the day before the extermination. Otherwise, soups, vegetarians and for completely ratless sausages are even fed with fries. Because of the (non-tested desserts) you do not have to visit the Nanking. The buffet, praised by college in the variants of Mongolian grill, Chinese and sushi, offers a wide selection and is charged with 15.80 euros. Children up to 12 years receive 8.80 euros. Also in the Nanking it means "all you can eat". An imitation animated by the correspondingly accused visitors to eat barbarism (often with subsequent "running": with dimensional and sweet interming on the plate, all the fines of the Far Eastern kitchens are lost. Of course, the hourly heating of individual buffet components does not really contribute to high consumption. But then everyone has to know. In any case, I have this food concept behind me and I have clear for à la carte or The Nanking has 5 separate rooms and even an additional playroom for the young generation, next to the main guest room and the rather unpleasant additional area at the main staircase of the Giesler Shopping Gallery. The terrace offers another 50 guests space in the beautiful season. The China Kitsch keeps within limits, but one can speak of a completely blooming institution and room design, see illustration. The service is fixed and friendly. Users of the nearby car park will get a discount on the parking ticket, so after detailed and entertaining tables only one euro was due to the parking ticket machine. Neither the dazzling wine selection nor the Chinese classic Kaoliang or Maotai could be accepted. Then a free cocktail and green tea. Nevertheless, a successful entry that will follow further visits. Star Upgrade not excluded with kind regards, Sir Thomas

Caution: The restaurant indicates that children up to and including six years have nothing to pay for the buffet. When we were there with two adults and three children, the service told us that per adult only one child would be free and that third child must pay. That's nowhere! If this were noticed somewhere, I would not have a problem with it, but it is simply not persistent to advertise with an offer that is not pursued.

Eat with a friend. Usually you were asked if you have a Mongolian or normal buffet. Not today. The operation was unfriendly and did not react to drinks and payment. In the end, a Mongolian buffet was calculated, although we had only taken a normal buffet. No response after post contact. This restaurant is not recommended.

cozyness is really not expected in a shopping center, but eating is compensated for the environment. we were there at lunch, so without a Mongolian buffet, which is our best. the selection of Chinese dressing is huge and everything has its own taste. we like to come back.
