China-Goldene Pagode

My family and me we love Dim Sum! Unfortunately we have not found a place in Linz yet where they make proper Dim Sum. A friend recommended the "Goldene Pagode", so we gave it a try. They have ten different Dim Sum dishes, and we...ordered five of them. We were not disappointed, although the variety was not really big. Everything seemed to have been freshly prepared. Overall a nice experience.

Huge menu with all kind of different types of chinese (european-style food. Especially the dishes from the specialities-section are worth trying. And the best thing is... the Pagode is constantly owned by the same owner for more than years now. This is a great...indicator for high quality, especially when you see how others rise and fall within years

This place is not bad at all, not by a long shot. It's exactly what you think of when you think generic Chinese food. I even liked it. It is, however, completely average. Better than most, but still extremely boring. I would go here for...some quick, dependable Chinese on some grey weekday.

Food was very nice and the waitress was even nicer. She recommended some real Chinese dishes. My British and Japanese colleagues both liked it. She even kindly prevented me from over ordering. We had the exactly right amount of food. Glad to be there.

They are very friendly and offer nice Chinese food. Tipp: if you call them in advance, they will also prepare "real" Chinese food for you (not the stuff which was customized to fit the European taste) but it is a bit pricy
