Chili's Grill Bar Skokie

I will stand before them, this review will be a mixed bag. it is a chilis, so it is par with a applebees or olive garden in relation to food quality. our waiting period for a Sunday evening was 45 minutes, which seems excessive. I'm willing to admit that they were probably shorthanded, so we just leave what it is. when we finally sat, our server was polite and very attentive. we had a bigger party (7 people) and eating came fast. it came to cold glamour. the food came out on this wise. it is not the fault of our server, he did the best he could. but the long waiting time, in a partly empty restaurant, combined with poor food quality makes me think that this is the last time I go to chili. even here would have been expected to eat itself, it would have been hot. not chili is a game.

My husband and I came ro restaurant at 3pm for a late lunch. Service was horrible and when we finally got our food, it was just ok. The portions have changed tremendously. I ordered the original chicken crisper and now they are so small and easily overcooked. We are definitely taking a break from going to chili's.

terrible coating. paid for a whole series of garnels. I got 9 tiny bits. it wasn't worth it, order. the plating was soouo messy. I will not visit this place again. so disappointing.

good food and good service from our waitress. I had the steak and garnelenfajitas. I thought it was good.
