"This is a good Chili's location. It was recently remodeled and has a nice family atmosphere. The service is usually pretty good , what do you expect for 2 for $22.00? I like the lunch specials and several of the entrees are my go to meals. The fajitas are always great, the honey chipotle chicken crispers are delish. I stay away from the steaks and ribs. The steaks are most likely tenderized the ribs don't have any meat on them. Overall this location is great , have had many problems over the years but they always resolved them sufficiently. In Montgomeryville there are too many restaurants but if you craving chilis this is a good location."

I WISH I COULD GIVE THIS RATING A BIG FAT ZERO-BECAUSE THAT 'S WHAT IT DESERVES. This experience was only a total of 15 minutes, but it was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever dealt with. We entered and were seated, not really greeted very warmly, but it was whatever. As the hostess pointed us too our table and walked away, my group looked at each other in disgust because the table we were seated at had food on the table and crumbs on the seat of the booth. Since the restaurant was completely empty at lunch 12 noon on Saturday (honestly that should tell the restaurant there is a sign they are doing something wrong , we moved to another table. As my sister sat down, I realized that table also had dried food on it. So then our server came over and we asked if should could wipe it down (it shouldn 't be too much to ask for a clean table?! , but then she responded by saying Well you can move to another table because she was too darn lazy to even get a stupid wet rag and wipe down our table. The right thing would have been if she got the rag, cleaned our table, and din 't require us to move. When we finally relocated, she took our drink order as we looked over them menu. Since, the restaurant was so deserted, I OVERHEARD HER COMPLAINING ABOUT US FROM THE KITCHEN. After hearing her berate us, I was sick to my stomach and my family was beyond done, so we decided not to get anything to eat. So by bad-mouthing us, the server girl successfully lost a nice $70-$100 sale, but she only has herself to blame for that. Even asking her for the bill after we got our drinks led to a much unneeded eye-roll. We even paid in cash just to get out of there faster. The final straw was when we had placed the money on the table, but weren 't even finished our drinks yet. She leaned over and grabbed the money, refraining to ask how everything was and why it might have been odd that we only ordered one round of drinks and no food. This indicates to me that this server girl is only working for a paycheck, not to actually successfully serve people. CHILI 'S YOU ARE A DISGRACE in past years the service and food used to be okay, but now something is really wrong. The lack of customer service is DESPICABLE. I hope within the next year a new and more successful business can take your place. With the low slap-in-the-face rate of service at your establishment, I don 't think it 's far from going out of business. I know the owner or manager of Chili 's in Warrington will probably never have the initiative to read this, so fellow customers, take this as a HUGE SIGN OF WARNING. Customers at any establishment deserve to be treated with the upmost respect, decency, and service which was anything but what my party experienced today. SAVE YOUR MONEY, IT 'S NOT WORTH IT. GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!! ALSO, CHILI 'S HAS LOST YEARS AND YEARS OF BUSINESS FROM MY FAMILY BECAUSE WE ARE NEVER EVER STEPPING FOOT IN THAT RESTAURANT AGAIN. Congratulations on successfully losing a whole group of customers. And look forward to losing more customers in the future after we tell friends and family about this fiasco. Chili 's clean up your act, because honestly, with your lack of service, ITS DISGRACEFUL TO EVEN CALL YOURSELF A BUSINESS. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE OF MY WHOLE LIFE!!!!

Clean restaurant, our table was nice and clean as well. Great service, our server was Tony who we had once before and who remembered us on this visit. Drinks came fast and refills were brought without asking. We started with the Texas fries and these were amazing, hot crisp fries, plentiful cheese, green onion sprinkled liberally and bacon crumbled on top. Two sides of ranch dressing for dipping were included and that was just the right amount for a full order. We had the fajitas, mine were all shrimp and the other was the chicken and beef combo. The fajitas toppings tower was good looking on the table, the ingredients were nice and fresh and there was sufficient toppings for our fajitas. The shrimp was done nicely, not overdone and with a little chili spice. The chicken and beef was enjoyed as well, devoid of fatty bits made for nice fajitas. The sizzling presentation is mouthwatering. The 're was a nice ratio of meat to green peppers/onions and this sizzling dish was more than enough for the tortillas you receive. There were 3 tortillas per diner and these were the only thing lacking in this meal. They do come covered in a holder and they came out with the toppings so they say for just a few minutes before the sizzling dish came out. They had already cooled and started to harden on the edges a little, still edible so we didn 't have then replaced but something to note for later, to ask for the tortillas to follow the meat dish and also to request an extra tortilla per dinner. We didn 't opt for dessert, that 's the one place that Chili 's really lacks is better dessert menu, a small simple sundae would be a nice addition. I find their standard desserts too rich. We visit Chili 's a couple of times a month and love the free appetizer with meal coupon we get via email. This is the best casual dining value out there.

Stopped by because I was feeling like partaking in Taco Tuesday only to find out... there's NO MORE TACO TUESDAY?! I'm not sure if they discontinued it, or if this location never participated, but I wanted to leave then. After looking on their menu, the tacos I usually get at other locations weren't even on there? Is this a bootleg Chili's, or..? Per the sign on the door, I signed up for the email club to get the complementary chips and salsa (wasn't taken off the bill until I entered my email on the little tablet on the table that you use to pay). They were actually not bad, and I consider myself a bit of a salsa snob. A little heat with flavor- not bad. I ordered the chicken enchiladas, without chicken, and replaced the sour cream with jalapeños. They were actually pretty good but NO SAUCE?! I dumped the remainder of my salsa on top and they were great, but they actually tried to serve me dry enchiladas! Also, no vegetarian enchilada option meant that I still paid for the meat that wasn't included in my meal- a bit of a pet peeve of mine. My boyfriend was pretty content with his pick two: chicken and half rack of ribs, which came with corn on the cob, fries, and a piece of Texas toast. We split the chocolate lava cake for dessert, which was great. I really need to find out what's going on with Taco Tuesday though- I can't be found dining in a Mexican establishment that doesn't recognize such an important weekly holiday.

I brought my 2 daughters to Chili's North Wales on 5/16 about 8pm and could not get seated. We walked in and nobody was waiting in front of us. We waited close to 10 minutes when someone finally rushed by us and said they would be with us soon and had to clean a table for us. I'm not sure why they said that as it looked like there were plenty of empty clean tables. We waited almost 10 more minutes and saw the same person on a phone in the back of the restaurant near the bar. After feeing like we were completely ignored we left disgusted and went across the street to Smokey Bones and were seated right away. I don't think we'll be back, there are way too many great choices in the area that actually care about their customers.
