not too happy about this experience, because when the server came to our table, we were so hungry. Anyway, he's a great waiter, so I'm gonna give the two stars they're all for him! eating was not good, let them start with the chips that were so fat, the steak I got with the sauce was delicious, but I didn't like how they served it, or the fact that it was a little overcooked. the fries I got as a side were so bad. I don't go back and I'm so sorry for this review, but it's the experience I had and I forgot to mention that the sprite or the water that I was so badly tested.

My family I have been coming to this chilis for years. The quality of their service has usually been quite impressive. However, lately their service with the food has been a TOTAL MESS. The staff do not know what they’re doing half the time. The food we order to go almost ALWAYS has something missing from the food order. Today I complained in person all the managers did was “I’m sorry.” That’s it. My family I order from other restaurants and they always have much better service. Come to this chilis AWARE that you’ll probably have something missing from your order.

we have been at this place for over 10 years. the service was always good most of the times and there are no long waiting times to sit. we sit in the ranks in the vicinity of the bar area and get our favorite waiter wesley he is super attentive and on the things. brings us drinks and chips and salsa immediately. always by to make sure we are in order and need nothing. I recommend his services. eating the restaurant is like any other chilis. they love the fajitas trio, quesadillas and burger a lot.

We go their often and it seems every time floor and booths are more disgusting. Floors are dirty and your soles get stuck to floor.the booths are always with food from previous customers. Not one inch of pride in this location. Where is management? It is truly ashamed where businesses take no pride in what they represent.

the Caesar salad could have been better definitiw. the pasta itself was quite good. I wish it had more taste, but overall good for the price they pay. personal is friendly
