Chili's Grill - Reservar uma mesa

No wonder we’ve never even thought of going here. Awful first experience lol. Only went for the $3 margaritas they said they had (they didn’t) AND it was my bfs 21st birthday yesterday and we didn’t get to celebrate yet with a drink. The host was standing there on his phone telling us he’s going to clean off a table yet stands there on his phone…now there’s a wait behind us, we go to the bar instead we get different margaritas, show ID’s of course and we had two bartenders double checking them bc I have a Florida Id I’m guessing (military) then a manager comes over and says he can’t use them because they’re vertical?? The people next to us were even in shock!! I’m serv safe alcohol certified and never saw that in my training and never have been denied a drink because of that. Don’t you think if I had a fake I would have it horizontal? I asked the manager if he wants to see my military ID and he still refuses to serve me. Then Bartenders still don’t even acknowledge us for food, byeeeee. Shame on them. Just don’t bother going at all if you LOOK underage.

The chicken In the salad tasted hard and rubbery. There was too much cilantro in the salad also. Additionally, the salad consisted of majority white lettuce not even green. The chicken was absolutely disgusting. Won’t be ordering from here again. Pancheros is better than this

We always enjoy visiting chili's. Menu as changed a little, but for the good. You can't beat having a margarita before the meal. Service was spot on. Will always recommend anyone to try if you never had.

Food is not bad. Some of the new menu items are good. Servers seem to forget about you after initial order. They just expect you to eat and use the kiosk thing on the table to pay with a 20%tip

It’s our first Dine-in family lunch since the lockdown. Food was fresh and tasty. Derek made our experience even more special with his service. Overall we enjoyed the lunch.
