Chili's Grill - Reservar uma mesa

Definitely would give this place a one star, if I could. Yesterday was my birthday I decided to have dinner here. From the very beginning after being seated, things were going downhill. The waitress was all over the place. There was another guy complaining at this table. Every time we tried to order, she was not listening to the order. We kept having to repeat ourselves. I’m assuming she was new but she didn’t know ANYTHING about the menu items. The appetizers were HORRIBLE. My fried pickles was over cooked, burnt and very hard. My husbands Loaded Potato Fries were as hard as a brick dry. Nothing loaded about them. Immediately let the waitress know that it was unacceptable. Sent everything back and they still came back the same way. Right then, I let her know I was NOT paying for that and to KEEP the remainder of our order in the kitchen. We left immediately!!! I use to love eating but it’s definitely not the same. I will not be back !!! Definitely ruined my birthday spirit and dinner. Wish I took pictures of every, but I was too upset and ready to get out of there. Definitely will be reaching out to corporate on this one.

Gave 3 stars only because our server Robert was awesome. Other than that, we waited 20 minutes to sit at the bar only to be told the bar was too busy for us to be able to be seated there, when there were only 3 people at the bar. We sat at a table only to wait for 30 minutes just to get my appetizer. After sitting there more people were sat at the bar and it filled to 10 people. The only good part of the experience was Robert. He deserves a raise. He kept drinks coming and kept us entertained.

This is a very good Tex-Mex restaurant. Before I moved to Mobile I went to one in Tampa Florida rather often. I am glad they have it here for dine in and delivery. I like their chips and salsa, salads, tacos, fajitas and quesadillas. Even though it has very good Tex-Mex varieties of food you can also get burgers and fries. They also have nice Margaritas. The staff is efficient and nice and the restaurant seems clean and safe

I'm going to chili. the chefs throw only things on a plate and actually don't care or have the passion for cooking more. eating is no longer good and simply thrown together. this round I ordered a side of mais the waitress or whoever decided it on the person I was with plate and expected that I eat it from her teller, did not bring any side plate or nothing. how do you mean that?

4th visit and NO FOOD Again! There must be a serious management problem here! . Been on four separate visits each dissatisfied. Three times no staff available, so they would only seat less than six tables in bar only. Today, seated immediately but no salsa nor guacamole! How is that possible!
