Chili's Grill - Reservar uma mesa

I had a waiter named Alex today (Friday afternoon around 7pm) He really needs to work on his customer service. He was upset because my table ordered different drinks ex. Beers/ margaritas. He was upset that we all didn’t order the same drink, he said we were the “first table that ordered different drinks” then asked us to keep track of our drinks because we were “all over the place”. He made unnecessary comments like “it’s been a long week huh.” Why yes Alex, we grind from 8-5 and then go home and keep working until 11PM. We decide to reward ourselves one day and you’re so bothered, you ruined our dinner. I’ve had such great service here until we got him as a waiter. He was rude the whole time, he made a comment like “I see eyes but no name being called, (he wasn’t wearing a name tag) my name is Alex” the one time we looked at him because we wanted to order food. I wanted to speak to a manager but I honestly took my food to go because he ruined everything.

Me and my boyfriend went to chilis last night and as soon as we walked in we were waiting in the front no one was in the front to seat us for at least 20 minutes they were just passing by us. host had an attitude and had a look like she didn’t want to be there. Our waitress brought us our drink and chips and salsa and I found a ant in the chips! I finally was able to get ahold of our waitress and told her and she took the chips and offered something else to which I declined. Then through the night she was gone we couldn’t find her anywhere and out kiosk had the wrong ticket so we couldn’t just pay we had to wait for her. Before we had left she had this look like she was really mad and didn’t even want to help us. I’m not sure if I’ll be going to chilis for a while.

I love chili. It's a good place to go anytime. I went to lunch in the middle of the week. Be ready for a long lunch as it is busy for these hours! I tried the Quesadilla explosion salad. It has grilled chicken, cheese, tomatoes, corn black beans salsa, tortilla strips with citrus balm. Cheese quadillas sit on the salad. It is so good and very fillable! Sign up for Coupons! We had free chips and queso. I hadn't tried the Queso Skillet yet. It's delicious!

This is the first chili's I visited in years, and I can honestly say it was an amazing experience! I was with a big group and Alex (Oscar) was an excellent server. He was attentive, personal and funny. The food arrived just as ordered and it quickly arrived. Overall a fantastic experience!!!

Out guy was tonight . Drinks were good. Atmosphere was great. You are always happy when you're treated great. Sorry for arriving T 10pm nonetheless they were awesome again.
