Chick-fil-a - Reservar uma mesa

Normally we have no issues with Chick-fil-A and was excited to get food after driving 7 hours from Michigan. Staff was friendly like usual and took our order with no problem. We got our food and got to the hotel only to discovered there was an issue with our order. I called immediately but realized they would be closing in 15 minutes. They lady acknowledge that I had an issue and said normally I would have to go back to get the correct items but since they were closing they would apply a credit on the app or mail me vouchers. Almost 3 weeks later and still nothing which means I need to call again.

The wait time at this location is about double that of other locations. I was actually quite surprised as I think it may have been the longest I?ve been in line at a Chick Fil A. The staff was over the top kind and helpful! Certainly made up for any minor inconvenience in waiting. Good was incredible as always! This particular location has a poorly laid out drive thru. Adding a barrier between the window lane and wrap around lam might help it make more sense.

We needed spoons for our soup and got no, even though we had specifically asked for them. In addition, we asked ourselves to get Chick-Fil-A Sauce with our order and we were assured that there were some on the bag. There was none at all. After all, the restaurant was dirty and rough. There was urine on the ground in the women's bath and the lobby was not clean at all.

Like most Chick-fil-a restaurants it is almost always busy, but the whole staff works hard to keep things moving and always friendly and helpful. The staff will leave their way to resolve concerns. Five stars just because it doesn't allow me to give more!

Quick service despite how busy they were. Excellent food. Friendly staff. We will be back!
