You finally fixed my problem, thank you! I thought it was okay. Probably should mention that I didn't know there was a statue of restrictions on a cookie after I told them that during my last visit I was given a cookie that was super hard after the next morning. Then the second person said to interview me, also that the food is best the same day. However, they were nice enough to replace it after waiting for a 4 person team meeting to discuss this matter. I appreciate that they don't show me, and my dog with his Chick Fil A colored wardrobe. Although I had mistakenly assumed it would come. I don't know how many people are trying to cheat this Anaheim Hills/Yorba Linda site from a cookie, but the interview process of the legal eagle here will certainly help me in my future professional efforts. All non-hybolic humor aside, they have replaced my article without receipt, as I ordered by my friend when we were in line. I could have called as soon as they proposed, but I was not sure how the phone system works and if it went directly to companies that I would rather give this place a chance to fix it. Above all, I am sure that they are hard-working people in industry who work their way into life and for their families. I guess they'll feed us all, especially those first respondents we can all meet in these extraordinary attempts. Good luck for everyone and can 2021 a great year for everyone!!

this was a great overall experience from beginning to end. I visited directly before they went from breakfast for lunch and ordered lunch. I was told there was a little waiting time and I agreed. I went to checkout and they had my food hot and ready without waiting! They offered sauce and fast service with positive customer service. I'd be happy to come back if the chance was given to this place.

This place never ceases to surprise me, even if it is fast food that I eat about twice a year, Lol. The service and attitude of their employees is impeccable and even if the drive thru line can be long, they know how to cry and move it quickly. I always get the spicy chicken sandwich and wafers are both always fresh, tasty and meet the place.

My kids are love love love this place, and I can't blame them. The food is always fresh, the place is clean, and the staff always always always professional, polite, and courteous. I also love how convenient is ordering through the app. This is our favorite fast food place.

Always a fresh meal. Fast service and pretty accurate. I didn't have to go back and pick up missing things like other places. Friendly staff. It is what you hope for with a first-class fast food joint.
