Chick-fil-a - Reservar uma mesa

Ordered $30 worth of food here for my family. My brother wanted to add on a small shake and small fry when we got to the window as we forgot to add it onto our order. Jazmin rudely told us that we would have to get back into the line to add our shake and small fry order. The drive through was very long. Then jazmin said want me to get my manager for you? Michale dove, who also wasn't helpful said well we can't just add on a shake and fry or you you have to get back in line It's not like I was asking for a whole meal to be made. For a company that prides itself on customer service I was very disappointed with Jazmin and Michael. I ended up having to park to run in while my mother who just had surgery waited in the car. I saw Michale talking and just standing next to three other employees who weren't doing anything. I was surprised to see that. As someone who works in customer service, I know this situation wasn't right. Michale did not make it right for me and my family.

associate collin must be the nicest gentleman I've ever spoken to in every chik fil a. dude is very professional and was probably the most beautiful person I've ever met over all places. people like him should be responsible and monitor customer service/QA programs. I was in customer service in medicine and this man surpassed the expectations and it was a pleasure to talk to this man. ps the girl that gave food forgot to say my pleasure? it was funny lol never had to happen

my 98-year-old mother and I stopped on the last Monday, 28 months ago when we ate, it started to storm without giving up. we didn't know how to get into our car. a very friendly employee noticed our dilemma and offered to help us. before we knew, they accompanied and another friendly staff to the car, held large sunshades over us until the walker was in the box room and we were in the car. they were just so thoughtful and worrying. many thanks!

Better quality food than most fast food places. Only flaw is having to deal with extremely long lines but they do their best to get everyone in and out in a timely and professional manner. Would come here only if you're not in a time crunch.

Never been here. the spicy chicken sandwich was tasteful, but I ordered the regular. that had me coughing and burning my taste buds. the food was a bit cold, but the service-cashiers friendly.
