Chick-fil-a - Reservar uma mesa

This isn?t a Chick-fil-A location I?ll be revisiting anytime soon. Customer Service , Cleanliness, And Correction is no where to be found here. Customer service under delivered from the time my families order was taken. I wasn?t listened to and had to repeat the order multiple times. The attitude that was shown is I don?t want to be here and I don?t care. From the tone of voice to listening no the best. No confrontation happened with them. One of the workers passing out food said dang I wished these people would speak up. The issue with that is that?s what table markers are for. The cleanliness was bad the floors were sticky and table areas weren?t cleaned. Also people with dirty aprons with raw food touched clean surfaces. Instead of giving you a table marker they just yelled your name out loud. Me being soft spoken. It took me some time to get my Chicken sandwich mail. When I got my food it was in the correct. A white bag for Non-spicy. The sandwich on the other in was spicy ? ?. Items were also missing. I asked for a refund. I received a refund. Done. Be cautious. Check your food. Check your emotions at the door. Because you will be tested a this Chick-fil-A.

Pretty annoyed this morning .. asked for a meal with a medium fruit cup ? this is what it looked like unopened. I even asked ?this is your medium? (which I knew couldn?t have been made correctly because I?ve received a medium fruit cup at other locations which are always full) it literally looked like they dumped a small fruit cup into a medium container. I even stated that?s what it looked like and instead of the manager on duty THIS morning making it better she acted like that?s what it was. Smh .. customer service definitely sucked.

Today was strange. Typically, they are known for beautiful charming quick conversation with your experience. Today the young lady who takes orders, Courtney I believe by my receipt, asked if I come every day (belief 2. This week) then shakes her head and says I don't see how people come every day.... it's not worth it....what can I get you? I laughed a little thought, did you really say that?

I have breakfast here and the whole experience was excellent. The store was clean and the seating was comfortable. They took my orders and brought my food to my table. The server was super nice. Felt very welcome and cared for. Thank you.

I get the chicken biscuit and a Coke Zero here almost every workday morning. Always yummy and in 3 years they?ve hosed my drive thru order one time.
