If you find yourself in Arpajon, a town about 30 km from Paris, and are hungry, Chez Manu is the ticket. A small Basque restaurant with ho hum decor but great food. In the husband-wife team, the husband cooks and the wife efficiently takes care of clients. I went for a mid-week lunch and the place was hopping, turning away clients. The portions are plentiful and the prices are fair.

In the man-woman team, the man and the woman cares efficiently for customers. I went for a lunch break in the week and the place jumped and turned the clients away.
