Charlie's Trio - Reservar uma mesa

Mediocre pizza. Mediocre management. This restaurant was my go to for pizzas. Switching to Alondras now. The slice of pizza you see below is what I received (full pizza obviously). The photo on the right is a photo of this pizza they have on their online ordering menu. Pizzas now are mediocre not to mention management who is untrained in handling customer complaints. My last time supporting this place. I bought two pizzas and I had to throw them away because taking a bite was like biting into a piece of rubber along with tough, dry, and burned chicken. See photo. I spoke to management and I got a mediocre response from them. Hint: listen to customers. You owe it to the customers who bring in the revenue to pay for your salaries. People. Go to Alondras for pizza.

Not what I expected my first time here. I went inside and wasn’t greeted. I ordered and told the lady it was my first time here. She never asked me if I wanted to place my order to-go or have it for dine-in, and when I told her I would wait outside, nobody came out to check on me or offer me water after sitting there for 10 minutes. I finally catch a server and ask him for water, and soon after, the waitress comes out to bring my food, and I tell her it is to go. She then said I was supposed to go to the lady next to her to make my order to-go, completely ignoring the fact that I told her it was my first time there. I like going here, because it is pretty close to my home, but also the food is pretty good and the service is as well. The pasta bud and chicken parm are on my list of what I usually order as well as a personal pizza, but my absolute favorite is the ceasar salad. I don't know what it is, but it's so good to me. The dressing is very flavorful.

The braised beef rib over fettuccine was very good. Perfectly cooked and hot Yoon delivery. Our server was highly attentive and energetic. Oh, and their beer is great.
