Charlie's Deli Catering

this is about a 23-minute drive for me and it is totally worth it! small, unlauteres deli, which has been in business for 57 years! in the old north dayton. the list of sandwiches and other options is almost overwhelming- especially because everything sounds delicious! order them in deli, get them at the counter. I went with the cuban, the German potato salad and the chickens' pastel suppe (to take home.) eating was not disappointed! omg. so fresh, so tasty and so creepy! everyone was busy and super friendly. we stayed and ate on the back. they also have a nice selection of German beers! I love this place.

the best deli in dayton. wow. only wow. I will add this to my list when I am near the city. with user German sausage from milwaukee, really dirty and tasty sandwiches, and perfectly salted suppen. How did I live 8 years here and was never here?! (on the photo half cuban sandwich and huh spaetzel suppe)

I don't remember seeing tables, but I took mine to go. many sandwich options with lots of meat. a little dense inside, but one of those holes in the wall best kept secret places.unusual hours to be so aware that. my wife liked my rest and would eat there again.

Ordered catered food and very disappointed the baked cheesy potatoes were pretty bad and the sloppy joes weren't very good either. The only thing the guest liked were the cabbage rolls.

Phenomenal food. Love the tortilla soup or a cheeseburger with bacon and a delicious egg. The beer selection is very good, too.
