Castaway (san Bernardino)

My wife and I went to dinner there 6/17/2015. The service was terrible, we waited 40 minutes before our waiter came by, and they weren't busy, once we got our dinner the food was a joke, the butter for the baked potato was frozen, I guess the chef doesn't understand medium well, they serve some kind of cafeteria bread with some sort of oil, overall it was a waste of money, the only good part was being with my beautiful wife.

The hostess was ignorant and rude, food was not fresh, tables and chairs falling apart (we had to move twice) but the server was very pleasant as was the view. I wont be back.

one of the best venues for parties and events. I also had the experiences to eat there at the bar. it was funny, and their services were always on the spot.

very rude customer service from the appointment savior with accented. terrible service glad that I did not want to eat here for Valentine's Day!

my man and I celebrated our jubilee here. this resaurant has been here for many years. Why I waited so long, it's a little expensive.
