Like their pizza very much but they've started using Door Dash for delivery and it's horrible. The wait time they give is much increased. Half hour after it should have been delivered I called and learned the pizza had been set on our porch. Of course it was cold. They agreed to send out another. Waited 2 hours to get a pizza. 5 Well, it's 2023 and we were in for a surprise tonight!!! We were both craving Casey's pizza and decided to take a chance. Believe me, it's been months since we have ordered Casey's because of the inconsistency at ALL the Casey's in WDM or Clive. Anyways, Chris and John did a fantastic job!!! The crust was perfect and the amount of sauce was superb with just the right amount of toppings and cheese. It wasn't too greasy either. The pizza was like it had been five or six years ago. Thanks for satisfying our pizza cravings. We'll be back SOON. 2 Our family used to order pizza from Casey's at least twice a month. Casey's pizza has gone down in quality, taste and consistency over the past year. We want to order a pizza tonight, but it won't be Casey's. (It's not just your location but all the Casey's around our home in WDM. Your location is the one where we ordered from the most.
My wife and I had pretty much given up on Casey's pizza last year we were always disappointed by the ones we got in Ankeny where we live. Then we helped my mother move to this area and ordered a pizza from this Casey's. This Casey's does a fantastic job, every time. Maybe it's just the staffing difference, but if I could get a pizza this good from the North Ankeny stores, I would go back to ordering there again. Thanks!
