Casa Manuela - Reservar uma mesa

This wonderful cafe/restaurant is on the walking route from The Hotel Maritim Tenerife at Puerto de la Cruz to the Mirador de San Pedro, the walk known as The Rambla de Castro from the brochure of walks called Tenerife on Foot , published by Tenerife tourism. It 's a fantastic watering hole. Although we didn 't call for a meal, we did have a very nice glass of wine and some tapas. There is a very good menu and all the food is freshly prepared with fresh ingredients and incredibly good value for money. We received a very warm welcome and nothing was too much trouble. Even if you don 't do the walk, it is very well worth seeking out. If you go by taxi, just ask for the tennis club, Romantica II.

This cafe/restaurant is in the Romantica II urbanisation on the Rambla de Castro walking route from Puerto de la Cruz to the Mirador de San Pedro (walk 46 in the Tenerife on Foot brochure) On a hot day, it was like an oasis. We had a glass of very nice chilled white wine, a very warm and friendly welcome and some tapas. All the food is freshly cooked, using fresh (not frozen) ingredients, is of the highest quality and extremely good value. Of course, if walking is not your thing, just ask the taxi driver to take you to Tennis Club Romantica II .
