Carvel - Reservar uma mesa

The young girl here handed me a ice cream soft serve with chocolate in it then when o asked her to remake it I only ordered vanilla . They are over priced the girl had a huge attitude and sucked her teeth then charged me extra. And on top most importantly then bad service is the product the ice cream tasted like nothing it was watered down nothing like I remember real.authenitic carvel ice cream tasting like as a child. This is way different hienslt I'd rather order a mc

The first few times I've been here have been good but only when the older man is working. We went again last night and only the girls were working and one girl that took my order was so extremely rude for nothing. Then I watched another female employee do something that should never be done in a professional kitchen/environment, she bent over and tossed her her up and down several times, then playing with it to make a pony tail only to bend over and flop her hair around

Sent husband to get sherbet as I have been house bound for almost a month. They no longer carry sherbet and convinced him to get some thing similar Well $15 later I got a container of something that might be Sorbet Not similar. No dairy content and I tossed it into the garbage. Baskin and Robbins here we come. Also they would not accept a gift card. Will not be back!

Won't be going there again! Bad service, manager that didn't care and warm ice cream that immediately melted- couldn't even eat it. Not a good situation there! The help was busy feeding their friends free ice cream.....I can go on but said enough. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE!
