Carshop - Reservar uma mesa

Scheduled a test drive for this morning. Drove 45 minutes to be there at the scheduled time. When I arrived, I did not see car on lot. Got a call from sales guy after roaming parking lot for 15 minutes, since the sales floor was locked later than opening time. I told him I was in the parking lot. I go inside and he tells me that the car I was to test drive was sold. I received no phone call or email prior to the scheduled time of the test drive. So essentially wasted 2 hours of my time, not to mention the price of gas to drive there. Very disappointed, as I had heard good things about this dealership. Very unprofessional approach to this situation. The salesperson's lack of remorse and compassion for wasting my time did not make me feel better.

They have very nice used cars, low pressure and deal with you in a very straightforward manner. No haggling, no smoke and mirrors, no bait and switch. I'd have given them 5 stars except a few things went sideways during delivery, including not checking that the power seats worked (one didn't), the tire tools were missing from the cargo area, and they messed up something with my registration paperwork. To their credit, they are resolving these things, though not without me prompting them a few times. Bottom line, I can definitely recommend going there over other car dealerships, but you still need to stay on top of things.

My salesman William Laird went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of. I was able to purchase the car that I wanted and received a great package deal with above standard perks! I recommend CarShop as a whole, but would tell everyone to ask for Will Laird.

Very simple easy to deal with. Started w no pressure texting info back n forth n decided to go to site for a test drive. No sales staff over ur shoulder but with in reach to answer questions. The no commission staff is a better way to go. Loved it. Through entire process

Great experience! Very quick to test the car I selected online. The salesperson, Will, explained everything, and I never felt pressured into a purchase. The purchase process was easy. No complaints.
