Carnon Inn Beefeater

This Beefeater is appalling. Restaurant Inspectors need to pay a visit! We heard so many complaints about food, service and beer. People were being kept waiting for ages to take their booked table. Some beer was not available. Non smiling, stressed looking staff. This is a very poor experience for people visiting Truro and staying in the Premier Inn. We could not eat here as no table was available but were told we could have a drink if we could find somewhere to sit !! Yet there were empty tables all around. Please improve.

Used this place while staying in the premier inn the service in particular is not good at all was in there earlier today they kept me waiting 15 minutes for a coffee when I reminded the waitress she went and made me one which was cold I got my money back was in there last night kept waiting by the waitresses while they chatted about Christmas trees when I asked one of them for a a drink she tutted at me they just don’t seem to care Food: 3

I met my friend for breakfast and the service and food were amazing. The staff were very polite and courteous. Claire was especially friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely be going back. The ambiance and warmth made a great start to the weekend.
