Carmela's - Reservar uma mesa

Ordered pizza pie for delivery and was told 30min . After 60min with no pizza I called and discovered that person taking order gave delivery guy the wrong town . He then said that I HAD given him the wrong town and it was too far . He then attempted to rush me off the phone in an extremely rude way and would not be delivering the pizza. Carmelas never called to say there was a problem and I have never received more unprofessional treatment over the phone in my life. Franklin Square has plenty of other pizza parlors . Don't waste your time with this one

Live three blocks from Carmela's, the pie was just delivered and is cold! *not only do they charge for delivery but tipped as well! What goes on? Guess Martino's or Il Cantone going forward!

I've been going to Comellas for the last three years. The last four years pizza was really salty. Don't know what they do to it. I can't eat it.
