every place in placerville that I wanted to do it, was kicked tonight by 8PM! I was always excited (hangry) but then I went to carls js and a very amazing dame called kelly took my order in the drive thru. She was super helpful in ordering and even showed that she is proud of her job! She has provided the BEST customer service. thank them screaming my phone was dead, but I stole my phone to make this post so I wouldn't forget it! haha

I ordered a double western but the counter lady heard something else. When I came back to the counter after about three minutes she said to the man,who I believe is the manager she couldn't remember what happened ten minutes ago. I would never order aburger with tomatoes so I know I didn't order it. The man was very polite but the lady needs some work .

My husband and I go here often and this is the best Carls Jr. I also want to note that we went inside for dinner tonight and a young lady named Mandy was excellent. She was so sweet and made us feel welcome. She was so sweet to my son! That kind ofcustomer service deserves to be rewarded!
