Capitola Diner - Reservar uma mesa

Food is pretty average. Service is great. The only disappointing thing is the flatware. Yeah, I know that sounds odd. However, their flatware is very inexpensive and flimsy/thin/small. It's like something I would expect at a low budget wedding buffet. Overall Capitola Diner is average. Oh, the country potatoes are very bland and, wet. Go with the hash browns.

Bad service ha! How about no service. Over easy eggs were over hard. Raw hash browns. Mentioned to the lady at check out. They started talking smack in Spanish. I’ll never go again
