Cantina Woodfire mona vale

We have been to this restaurant countless times and always enjoyed it, but last Saturday night will be our last time. We tuned up for our 6:30pm booking, hubby, 3 kids, mother in law, sister in law and her hubby. We waited 15 minutes to have our drink orders taken, dinner orders were finally taken at 7:15. At 8pm our overlooked calamari and tasteless garlic prawns arrived. At 8:30 after asking our poor school aged waitress where our mains were, she went to investigate. The owner sent her out to tell us they weren't even cooked yet!! We asked to see the owner, he basically said bad luck we're really busy, no apology, no nothing. After years of being regulars, we are now lost customers - absolutely appalling customer service and once great food gone off the boil!

This place used to have the best Pizza's on the Northern Beaches but is now dreadful. We got take away around 5 weeks ago and the Pizza was completely undercooked. Thought it was a one off so we headed down last night for an early family meal. Ordered dinner at 6pm and we're not served for nearly an hour and the Pizza's were completely undercooked again. Only one girl who was working who was responsible for taking orders, getting drinks. serving drinks and food and trying to answer the phone for takeaways. It's a shame but this place has really gone downhill. The staff looked overworked and under too much pressure.Hope they turn it around soon.

Decided to try here again after previous bad experiences. Ordered pasta. ETA one hour. Arrived an hour and forty minutes later. Rude delivery girl who couldn't even work the entrance. Worst Italian on the Northern Beaches. Go elsewhere!

Delicous pizzas at reasonable prices. Having tried Cantina for the first time with a group of 10 for home delivery we were all happy with the choice. Great pizzas, quick delivery. Certainly better than other places in the area.

Sensational pizzas and definitely better than the alternatives in the area. Fast delivery, pizzas were hot and fresh. We'll certainly be back.
