Evening opens from 8pm, which is later than we normally eat, so we were there on the dot at 8pm. The chef showed us to a table and gave us an English menu, and then a few mins later the waiter came who speaks English (helpful as we only had very limited Spanish . We went for the set menu of 3 courses wine, which was very reasonably priced. We both had the seafood pudding starter (very nice, a bit like a mousse . My husband had the rabbit, which didn't seem quite how the menu described it, maybe a bit lost in the translation and my first choice was off, so I had the roast beef which was good. For dessert we both had the chocolate cake which was quite rich and dark. The staff were really good, with the chef coming out between courses to check we liked everything, and the waiter bringing out an extra little nibble as an apology for the wait between courses (really not necessary, it wasn't that long a wait! Altogether a very enjoyable evening. It was very quiet on a Tuesday night.

I visited here a couple of week's ago for dinner while on holiday in Pineda de Mar. When we arrived we were greeted by the host who gave us English menus, and took plenty of time to explain all the options also available from the Spanish menu which was very helpful. We opted for the set menu which included starter, main, wine, water, bread, dessert and an after-dinner shot. All this for only approx. €12.99. Very generous portion sizes and the food tasted great. We wish we found this restaurant sooner into our trip as we would have loved to revisit it. Truly a genuine family-run Spanish restaurant.

An excellent evening of dining in this tiny, family owned, traditional restaurant. Albert is an excellent chef and his wife, Angie, is brilliant at front of house. The menu is detailed and, whilst not extensive, has great choices to suit most palates at reasonable prices. Angie is knowledgeable about the food and accompanying wines. The restaurant is opposite the Hotel Merce. We will be returning during the course of our stay here. Highly recommend

Very quaint and quirky little restaurant. Family run. When I entered I was greeted by a cute little older gentleman, I now know he was the original chef before he passed the ranks over to his son. Soon his wife arrived with gifts for her grandsons. It was so lovely to watch. The chefs wife was our server and she was as delightful as she was knowledgeable. Food was delicious and the atmosphere was relaxed. I highly recommend
