Campeche Bay Cantina Mexican

Only left Campeche Bay in Jax Beach, Sunday, 11. May 2019. Worst experience. Waitress began to argue with me because I told her that my food was not cooked. At no time I was rude. Spoke to manager who was less than helpful. I told him we probably wouldn't be back. He just said? I'm sorry. It didn't bother to bring me back. They gave 30 years of business. Find another Mexican place and give them your business! As I read other reviews, I can't help but wonder if the owner contacts me or only reacts to positive reviews.

We came here with a party of 6 for dinner. The menu had a large variety of options along with a drink menu that had a number of great options. We were all very pleased with our food and drinks, along with the service. It was very busy on the night we came but servers seemed to be coming by at all the right times and our cups were never empty! Overall we had a very nice time, enjoyed the food and atmosphere. We will come again the next time we are in town!

I give Campeche 5 stars based on their customer service and food combined. The staff is polite, professional and accommodating throughout your visit. They took our reservation for a big party of 12 and had all set up and ready when we arrived. Our server was excellent. Each order was right and it split the controls without any problems. We will definitely keep them at the top of our list for group events. Thank you.

Had our annual birthday trip here last week for what we think are the best Fajitas in the city. For 26 years they have been here for their Fajitas and they are never disappointed. Great that they offer special Fajitas during the week. Chips and salsa are always great.

I came to this place basically my whole life. Recently it was on a steady decline in the service. Everyone has a setting. From teenage hostesses to manager. The food is still delicious. This is what kept this from being a 1-star rating.
