Campanile Lyon Est L'lle D'abeau

We stayed one night at the Campanile (motel kind of hotel) and the room served its purpose. The room itself was cosy and clean. The bathroom could have done with a bit more cleaning especially the shower. We were in a Garden room so were facing the motorway, which means that we had constant noise, but this did not disturb us as we had a short night anyways.

Very comfortable bed and very clean room but woke up at 3 o'clock in the morning by a car on the parking lot with the music in the background for almost an hour. The hotel is just a few minutes from a reception room, maybe dried guests of the evening? . We informed the hotel reception at our departure, no commercial gesture from them...

We came from Clermont on the occasion of a birthday. We booked a room by internet for 1 night. Very warm welcome to our arrival as at the beginning. The room had nothing to say! Thanks to the team.

Incompetent staff. very bad reception. Staff play on their smartphone instead of taking care of customers. I don't advise! Rooms: 3 Service: 1 Location: 1
