This hidden gem is located on a back street just beside the Holiday Inn Express. The food is always good and served piping hot including a starter of Chinese Tea upon being seated. The staff (including many members of the same family) are friendly and the service is quick. Just write down your order by numbered dishes on the menu and the food arrives quickly. The soup bowls, even the small size, are ample for one person and are served with fresh bean sprouts to augment the broth, noodles and meats such as seafood or meatballs. Their hot and sour soup is probably the best I have ever tasted. Appetizers like the chicken balls, chicken wings and spring rolls make good starters to a meal. They also feature appetizer platters with braised beef and pickled vegetables. Noodle dishes include pad thai with beef or chicken and other combinations of meat and vegetables. Rice dishes include an interesting combination of chicken, peppers and pineapple. They offer more spicy options as well. For drinks they have a bar and will make fruit and vegetable smoothies from scratch. The restaurant is decorated with some beautiful Cambodian art.
