Caffe Vialetto - Reservar uma mesa

What a nice surprise to find this fine dining option directly in CG. We thought we had no expectations as we often drove, but never saw it. We were pleasantly surprised by the elevated but cozy atmosphere. Excellent service with very fresh and tasteful dishes. I think this is a hidden gem. The short rib pappardelle was one of the best things I had in a long time, and that says something after an extended trip to Miami has given me many opportunities to eat in beautiful places. It's really special. I was surprised by the good size of the dishes and not too expensive prices (two big meatballs were $9.) It is definitely worth stopping. We'll go back next week, just for the short rib shell.

I can only say what on a laune we decided from the airport of miami during an extended layover and selected caffe vialetta. what a great choice. owner was so kind and courteous. eating should die. brot is homemade and if I had taken a few loaves hone into my luggage! we had pernavioli as an appetizer and I could have eaten them all night. then we had the short rib pappardelle and the pasta del ao. I dream of them. they are known for their short ribs and the short rib pappardelle was not disappointed and the pasta with garnel mushrooms and sun-dried tomatoes was also amazing. this is a must visit place!

Very recommended, excellent food. The specials were amazing that I had ordered them all. Our server was also very food and prices very reasonable compared to others. That's why they've been in business for over 20 years. Will be back soon.

Food was amazing. They were a little backed up and the owner personally took care of our drink and food order. That was really nice of him. Will definitely go there again.

Great food and service. Nice ambience. Love the pear Ravioli, it was perfect. We came to Miami Spice and will definitely come back.
