Gastronomy and craftsmen's know-how are highlighted. And, believe in my experience, it is very difficult to leave this place without having to do some shopping because everything makes you want. The Port-Lauragais area is the most well-appointed area of france (a very comfortable hotel and breakfast well located on the canal. We stop one night every year when we get back on vacation.
