Cafeteria Goya - Reservar uma mesa

I went for the first time last week, came across it by accident, and thought I would give it a try. I was served a a mixed salad which was fresh and fresh bread soft and not hard as is often served, a good size glass of red wine, I had the Chickpea Stew which was excellent plenty of chickpeas plenty of meat as well, good size portion, I had the Tuna dish with sliced fried potatoes, very nice and there is a choice of coffee or desert, there was a good choice of deserts I had the bread and apple pudding which was very nice. The Restaurant Bar/Cafeteria has an indoor and outside undercover area, good atmosphere felt comfortable, staff were excellent Menu in English Spanish, they speak good English. Besides the Menu of the day there is a large choice of Mains to suite all tastes , and for those that want English full English Breakfast won' be disapointed. There is a well stocked Bar and Coffee at a reasonable price. Worth a try.

We had the 9 euros menu del dia today and it was good only 3 choices for each course which I think is a good thing as it means the food is more likely to be home made. The service was excellent and the waitress really helpful when we couldn't understand the menu. The helpings were large and food good except the chips which tasted very stale! Very good value and the bottle of wine was left on the table always a plus!!

We have been going for years great Spanish food ,its very rustic and more like a local cafe but food is great , so try it lunch time there menu del dis is the best one around

This is our regular bar for Morning Coffee. Great staff and Customers. The food's good and i'd reccomend it to anyone in the area.

Great place for coffee, tables inside and out , very friendly and coffee is great and not expensive.
