Cafe Matisse - Reservar uma mesa

While it is half an hour away from home, we eat here several times a year. That was one of those special occasions, our wedding day. It is our favorite restaurant in all NJ. I would probably extend this area anywhere. The fact that it makes BYOB very easy to swallow the healthy price of their menu. Considering the quality and ambience, it is quite expensive. If you like a good bottle with your food, this is the place to splash on a really special bottle, because the food is simply excellent and interesting about description. Bring a large bottle of wine and enjoy one of the best meals you can have anywhere on the planet.

Another wonderful meal with Peter in the Cafe Matisse! The winter menu is beautiful! I loved the Chilean lake bass. Nobody makes it better than Peter! On a crabcake floor with wonderful musks. Tom had the Hamachi Crudo with tuna tars. Great. Our second course was lobster Mac and cheese for me and mescovy duck with risotto for Tom. The food, the atmosphere and the service are all 5 stars, and it is BYOB! And just steps from our door! Love me larry and Peter!!

We had a very nice meal that celebrated a special occasion. The menu was delicious, with taste, texture and placement carefully displayed on each plate. We literally tried every article on the menu except one, and loved them all. A refreshing take of beautiful food without having to drive all the way to Manhattan. Very recommended.

After all these years Café Matisse is still a wonderful place to dine. The food is an experience that I can't describe, the service is impeccable if I could give it a 10 I would. Larry is the best and and Peter you do magic with food

Great food, servings are generous. Could easily pay 2 or even 3 times for this type of meal in the city. Our waiter was excellent!! Will see how the menu often changes.
