Cafe Lombardi's

The place is overrated and finally eats in Cafe Lombardi. The property must be sponsors, an academic project or a sports team in Horsham to garner such seemingly great reviews. We were the only people in place and yet the food lasted 35 minutes; what was a big news for my 8-year-old as it meant more? We're talking about the children's pasta and I can't even remember what I ordered, but I think it was chicken stable. I brought wine and waited for it. Aren't they Italians who just know a waterglass from a red wine Barolo??? Oh at this point the professional waitress left it was an early Sunday) and the older woman who took over had to be family of her demeanor and how she addressed hispanic staff. That's where things got weird. She started to give me unrequired input to my wine consumption, kids appetite for endless? Bread? And the absolute? about this attempt the waitress was when she explained that I had ordered enough food and did not need an order of Italian sausage!!! I have cancer and weigh 125 pounds on a big day, but have dropped to 112. Never was talked about ordering food in a Trattoria!!! Since it was Christmas, I have respect for my elders and honestly I was just tired and in a hurry to come home to make happy. On the positive side: the 1. Waitress was very nice, the bread was fresh and Myndaughter loved her meatballs.

Atmosphere was very nice, Calamari tender and full of wonderful flavor (heavy on the garlic tomato sauce which was amazing), my Eggplant parm also delicious! Rigatoni was good, but not compared to the other dishes... Server staff was not friendly at all, they did their job but were not personable, which goes along way towards making someone want to return.

Lombardi's has the greatest seafood. Went out to dinner and stopped here and found it to be one of the best places in town. Service was great and the food is even better.

Eating was okay. My chicken marsala had a heavy sauce, much heavier than I had in the past. Sitting was a bit cramped, but the server was fantastic.

A good friend took me here for my birthday. The service was very friendly, and the food was extremely delicious! Would love to come here again.
