The bakery of Faller with a connected cafe, located in an old civic house, is located in the heart of the historical town (main street of Staufen opposite the Kronenbrunnen. When you enter the shop, you first come to the sales room, which is dominated by a large cake shop. Behind this are the sales shelves filled with tasty-looking breads, rolls and baked goods that are made in old crafts tradition. The small cafe area, equipped with six to seven diocese, including the bistro chairs required for this, is located on the right hand of the sales counter. The dominant colors are friendly and bright and give the room a cozy character. The decorations are always adapted to the seasons and so at the moment a Christmas ambience passes through the spatial equipment. The small but fine menus and drinks offer the guest everything you expect from a cafe. There is also a wide selection of cakes and cakes, and here I prefer the delicacies (flat-rolled cake dough with apple. only the operators of a cafe should think about the pricing of drinks (especially hot drinks). In summer in beautiful weather and when it allows the temperatures in the rest of the seasons, the outdoor area in front of the cafe is hosted in the pedestrian zone and you can enjoy the flair of this historic city with all its guests and the colorful driving with a good cup of coffee and a good piece of cake. In addition to the cake and the cake, small daily dishes are also served, which are tasty dressed. The operator is friendly and open-minded and responds to customer requests. We sat outside in the glorious sunshine and sipped on coffee while people watching. The coffee and tea were really good! Every chair was provided with a blanket to keep warm on chilly days. The service was excellent. From what I could see they serve pastries and sandwiches. It is categorized as a bakery/coffee and tea shop. Staufen is a beautiful little town in the black forest
