Cafe Des Allees

I regularly come to Cambo to visit my family, on a few occasions I ate at this café until one day when I was met with a very rude owner (the café is owned by a couple, the lady should not work in the service industry). The café was empty at the time of our visit and we naturally went to sit at a table (not reserved) only to be told by the waiter to move somewhere else...As a customer, since the place was empty, I requested to stay at our place. The waiter agreed at the end and took our order. Five minutes later, a woman came storming to our table and asked us to move to another smaller table...since she was so rude in the way she talked (no manners) and the way she was handling the situation (poor customers skills), I requested to stay. she just turned around and told us abruptly that if we did not move to another table we have the choice to either move or leave the café. My family members and I decided to leave. Since then I never went back to that place. Working in the service industry for more than 27 years made me allergic to such rude behavior coming from people who should know how to treat a customer. Fortunately there are many other places in Cambo where you can have a good meal and a great service and when having a preference for a table is not a problem.
