You are forced to order via a QR code on the table, which makes the whole experience feel downmarket. Service charge is added automatically to the bill, despite there being no service. When you click on this, you are presented with a message that can only be aimed at guilting you into paying the service charge (see photo below). An all round unpleasant customer experience. Food was ok be aware that the lunch burgers really are small. The chips needed seasoning. The chocolate milkshake was great.
