Burger King - Reservar uma mesa

So I was at the Burger King on Hwy 31 around noon today. When I tell you that I had the best experience, I'm not joking. I left there feeling like I had been served. Every employee encountered at both drive thru windows were courteous, but more surprisingly and most importantly, they all greeted me with a genuine smile and spoke to me with enthusiasm. I drove away feeling like they wanted everyone to leave the same way that I did: With a pleasant smile because of a pleasant experience. Thanks BK Hwy 31 in Hoover.

Pretty awful service and unclean atmosphere. Every employee we interacted with definitely did not want to be there. Lots of gruff responses and eye rolls. The store itself is in pretty bad condition. Lots of water damage on the ceiling and puddles on the floor, it's pretty rundown. They were out of nearly every flavor at the Coke Freedom station, and having the majority of options greyed out is a pretty bad look. The bathrooms were pretty gross, too.

Family Meal Deal is amazing! However, the service is not consistent. Sometimes amazing and other times less than mediocre.

My daughter and I tried the impossible burger. Impossible to digest; both of us are still vomiting and sick. Never again.
