Burger King - Reservar uma mesa

This restaurant experience was absolutely terrible. I ordered a sausage biscuit and the employee didn't know what I was talking about. When I received my food, it was a cold sausage, biscuit, egg, and cheese sandwich that was all wrong. The French toast sticks were cold and hard. When I went to pay, they didn't have the vanilla iced coffee and the employee was rubbing her nose and face with her bare hands. The manager tried to make a coffee with milk and simple syrup, but it was terrible. The food was gross, the cleanliness was lacking, and I was disappointed that they didn't know their own menu. Just the absolute worst.

Fast service and attentive employees. One of the cleanest Burger Kings in the area. Food was hot and as good as expected. However employees when not serving customer, they were cleaning. Keeping busy. Which is a rare site, especially a place like BK.So hats off to the crew at the Pleasanton location. A far far FAR cry better then the Dublin location.

While placing my order in the drive-through with one person another guy starting yelling through the headset so loud I couldn't understand anything they were saying. Then when I pulled up to the window one guy was yelling and making all kinds of noisewhile other employees were asking him to be quiet. Then to top it off they were all rude.

Nice and clean restaurant, desk personally was polite and respectful. Breakfast sandwich looks bigger than the picture on the menu. The breakfast sandwich was delicious. The small minute Maid orange juice, which is only 10 ounces is much too small. You should offer a 16 ounce option.

This place was excellent. Service, staff, restaurant cleaning and, above all, food quality. The burgers were hot and fresh. One of the best BK spots I had so far.
